Poran P Dass (Founder & CEO)

Mr. Poran Dass is the founder and CEO of Einstein Capital. He brings with him 10 years of rich experience in Broking and Investment Management. He is one of the pioneers of derivatives in India. He has worked with reputed firms like ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. and Motilal Oswal Securities Pvt. Ltd. before becoming an entrepreneur. He is responsible for Investment Management, Strategy and overall Business Development. A team of research analysts and relationship managers report to him.

He is a Felix Scholar and has done his Masters in Finance from University of Reading UK and graduation in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi


Rakesh Kumar (Founder & Director)

Mr. Rakesh Kumar is also the founder and Director of Einstein Capital. He brings with him 12 years of rich experience in the Financial Services Industry. He is responsible for trading operations, compliance and risk management of the firm. He handles the Private Clients Business of Einstein Capital.

Rakesh Kumar is an Engineer by training and was awarded the prestigious National Talent Scholarship after his school.

Being entrepreneurs, although we are hungry for growth and more business but we don’t have a sales target per client which could lead to unethical practices. We would like to serve our client in what we believe is right for him. We are looking for long term association with the client and looking forward for strong references from existing clients. If we have to choose between our reputation and revenues, we will choose the former.
